The fact that we can not create more land, so it is a limited resource that always will grow in value. Farmland continues to be a stable investment, which people are going to continue to need for the foreseeable future. including the ultra-wealthy like Bill Gates, Jeff Bezos and Mark Zuckerberg look for new ways to grow their money.

In 2020 Bill Gates was officially the largest private farmland owner in the United States. He accumulated over 269,000 acres of land.

Furthermore, 300,000 acres is a huge junk of land for one family or private individual to own, but it’s still just a small part of the estimated 911 million acres of farmland in the US.

However, Gates appears to be one of the largest private farmland owners in the country, he’s not alone in this smart game in wanting to incorporate farmland into his investment portfolio and strategy

Then after acquiring many farmlands then they will control the market and be a dominant force in the market. They will hire farmers to do work on their land, dictate the price of the farm produce and they’ll start their monopoly game.
